Terms of use

The service

Arrangely lets you create and store materials, plan tasks, share records and prepare workout programs. The current service is free. Any future paid features will show their price and separate terms in advance. These terms do not create automatic payment obligations.

Your account

Use an email you control and a strong password. Do not give unauthorized people access. You are responsible for account activity to the extent permitted by applicable law. Shared access requires email confirmation through a link sent to that address. Guest names do not establish identity.

The service is intended for adults. Do not create an account on behalf of someone else without authority. Report suspected unauthorized access through feedback.

Materials and sharing

You or the relevant rights holders retain ownership of your materials. You permit the storage, technical processing and display needed to provide your selected features and access settings.

Only upload materials you are entitled to use and share. Have a lawful basis before adding other people’s personal data. Public link recipients may save copies; disabling access does not revoke those copies.

Workout programs

Arrangely is an information tool, not a medical service. Program authors are responsible for their programs, advice and client relationships. Completed indicates a user-submitted report, not a workout independently verified by the service.

Names, comments and results submitted to a coach are visible to that coach. Coaches using the service professionally must determine their applicable legal grounds and responsibilities for client data.

Prohibited use

Do not bypass access controls, attempt to obtain other people’s data, send spam, host malicious or illegal content, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law, proportionately and taking user rights into account.

Availability and backups

Interruptions, errors and feature changes may occur. Use backup and export for important materials. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of every deleted item. Nothing here excludes liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Leaving the service

You can stop using the service, disable links and delete materials. Request account deletion or data assistance at support@arrangely.space or through Settings → Feedback. Data handling and retention are described in the privacy policy.

Changes and applicable law

The current terms are available here. Material changes affecting user rights are communicated appropriately before they take effect. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable local law remain in force. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction in an arbitrarily selected country.
